Mac was born in December 2013 and diagnosed with Complex Congenital Heart Disease and Trisomy 21. He spent more than his first year of life at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital’s Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU). Upon coming home in February 2015, Mac was in need of a special crib and stroller since he would be traveling with his ventilator. Mac’s mom is a hardworking single mom of two, and these additional items were going to put her in a difficult place financially. Vivian’s Victory was able to purchase the items needed for Mac to be set-up for a successful discharge from the hospital for the first time in his short life and a smooth transition home. We are so proud of Mac for his accomplishments and fighting spirit!
